We just received our order of two new Logitech Keys.
First Tough
Build quality
Build quality look as close as you can get to perfection.
Key
For the past 5 years, I only use a mechanical keyboard. This is by far the best none mechanical keyboard I ever tried. Each key has a small indent that helps your finger fall on them correctly. I will have to work with it for a few days to get use to the new feel but so far I can see myself using this as my primary coding keyboard.
Backlight
Backlight is very well made. It turns on and off as you approach your hand from the keyboard. This will help the battery for sure. 10 days with the backlight, 5 months without.
Weight
The keyboard weight 810g. The weight is impressive when you first take the keyboard out of the box. It sits firmly on the desk and doesn’t move at all thanks to a very well place rubber pad.
Layout
I will have to get use to the key layout. This is the biggest change for me. Some of the key like the Enter are different from what I’m used too. For most of the user, the Layout will be the same that you have on your keyboard Right Now.
Connectivity
Bluetooth or with the included USB dongle. I tried so far the Bluetooth connectivity. Work as you expect from an MX series Keyboard.
I will post a follow-up review after a few days/weeks of use.
